They take time to discuss your situation and give you tailor-made nutritional advice, taking into account your needs, any allergies and intolerances, and what your preferences care. You can also contact us with other questions about portion sizes or the desire to eat less meat, for example.

Feeling fitter

Are you ready to get started on your health and fitness? With our online Get Fit programme, you can request an exercise plan for a more active lifestyle. You will get a daily meal plan, tips to inspire lunch and dinner and appropriate exercises in a clear workout schedule. All designed by our team of nutrition and exercise experts.

Quit smoking

Are you thinking of quitting smoking? With our programme, we support you to break this habit. After your application, an intake will take place with one of our professionals, where we will discuss your circumstances, motivation and obstacles to stop smoking. Based on this, we will draw up a personal plan together. We offer you support with digital modules and frequent contact.

Think in advance about what you hope to achieve. What specific goals do you want to achieve? What results do you hope to achieve? Write down a list of questions you want to ask your coach. Choose a quiet and comfortable place for the conversation where you will not be disturbed. Preferably use a headset or headphones to minimise background noise. Make sure you are on time and, in the case of a video call, please test the connection beforehand whether everything works.

By joining LifeCheck’s Get Fit programme, you will get:

  • A meal plan that helps you make the right choices from day to day

  • Exercises you can do next to the meal plan.

It is not necessary to speak to a specialist although you can request a consultation with a nutritionist if that is your wish;

  • Once we receive your application, we will pair you with our Stop Smoking coach
  • In a one-to-one call, you will get a detailed explanation of the program and how we will support you
  • Together with your coach, we will determine your goals and give you personal advice to reduce the urge to smoke
  • We will continue to support you and will schedule regular follow-up meetings to discuss what you have achieved and what you need to keep it up.
